Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam (HKRN): Haryana Government establishes Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) to efficiently manage contractual and outsourced manpower in various Government entities. The HKRN Portal, accessible at hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in, operates under the supervision of Haryana’s Skill Development and Industrial Training Department.
हरियाणा सरकार ने हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम (HKRN Portal) की शुरुआत की है, जिसका मकसद हरियाणा मे कान्ट्रैक्ट/ DC रेट की सभी भर्तियों को पूरा करना है। अभी तक सभी विभाग अपने आप ही ये भर्तियाँ करते थे जिसमे भ्रस्टाचार होता था, अब HKRN पोर्टल के माध्यम से ये भर्तियाँ की जाएंगी।

What is Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited
हरियाणा मे कच्चे कर्मचारियों (DC रेट) की भर्ती जो अभी तक ठेकेदार के माध्यम से होती थी वो अब हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के द्वारा की जाएगी। सरकार के इस कदम से नौकरियों मे ठेकेदारी प्रथा खत्म हो जाएगी व भ्रष्टाचार मे भी कमी आएगी।
Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited is a web portal of the Haryana Government for the recruitment of Contractual, DC Rate Staff in the various govt departments.
Earlier the DC Rate/ Contractual Staff recruitment was done by the concerned department, which involved a lot of corruption in the recruitment process and a lack of transparency.
To overcome this problem Haryana Govt has launched this Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam so that Contractual Staff recruitment can be done smoothly and in a fairway.
